The DMC-TZ1 is also the first Lumix model to adopt a Linear AF system which, combined with the high speed AF function, achieves an industry-leading high speed AF response time among high zoom digital cameras. The TZ1 also features the Optical Image Stabiiliser which has become a Panasonic standard.
